RETURNS

Please inspect your products upon delivery, as you have 10 days from receipt of the products to reject them if they are damaged don’t conform to applicable specifications. If you don’t notify Nature beads within 10 days that a product is damaged, you will be deemed to have accepted it. You are responsible for shipping costs for returned products, and all returns must have a prior authorization from Nature beads and must be received by Nature beads within 30 days of your receipt of the products. All authorized returns will be paid as refunds or credit minus shipping fee. Nature Beads will not be responsible for any product damaged after delivery. Please note that we are not able to process product exchanges.

*RETURN POLICY:

1. Eligible products returned within 30 days of your receipt will be refunded to the original payment method or you can select to receive store credit with NatureBeads.com.

2. Items returned after the return deadline will not be accepted.

3. We do not accept returns on the following products:

-Custom-cut products such as chain, wire or cord;

-Pre-packaged items that have been opened such as stringing materials, kits, books, etc;

-Items which were discontinued at the time of purchase.

4. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your return refund total.

5. In the event you choose to return any non-defective items for which you have received a volume pricing discount, your credit may be adjusted for this item based on the quantity you kept.

If you receive an order with an error please call or email us so we can correct the issue immediately.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR US TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE?

The length of time it takes for your return to arrive in our studio is determined by the shipping method you use as well as your location. USPS Parcel Post items can take up to three weeks to arrive at their destination and have no guaranteed delivery time. Please speak with your local Post Office to determine the estimated time of arrival for your package.

We do advise insuring your mail or using delivery confirmation for high value items.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt in our studio. An email notification will be sent to you when your refund is completed.

Please do not refuse your package as this will severely delay the return of your package and a shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.

EXCHANGES:

We DO NOT exchange items, we will refund all returned/unwanted items. You are welcome to shop with us at anytime.

WHY A RESTOCKING FEE WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY RETURN TOTAL?

A restocking fee may be deducted from your return refund total if the returned product is in violation of our Return Policy. Please see our Return Policy,above, for further details.

DO I NEED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION?

At this time, Return Authorizations, or RA#s, are not necessary to return items to Naturebeads.com as long as the items are within our Return Policy Guidelines, above.

CAN I RETURN TO YOUR STUDIO LOCATION?

No. We are an online business and our studio is not open to the public. All returns need to be mailed to the following address:
