NATURE BEADS SHIPPING INFORMATION
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship the most economical method possible, which is usually USPS Priority. We are able to ship orders to you via UPS, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3rd Day, UPS Ground, U.S. First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling, which is added when package ships.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship International orders via Global Express Guaranteed, Express Mail International Flat Rate or Priority International Flat Rate. Please contact us directly at email@example.com for information specific to your country of residence. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling, which is added when package ships.
*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING: All international orders will ship via USPS First Class International Mail. This means that you will have tracking until the package leaves the US. After that point, it will not be trackable. International shipments can take up to 3 weeks. Please hold on and be patient! International Customers: We are not responsible for any customs, import fees, tariffs, taxes or duties fees, etc.. Please check the rules and regulations for your country before ordering. We are not responsible for any such fees.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please make sure that the address you have on the account you make the payment with, is the correct address. Paypal orders will ship with the address on Paypal account and orders paid via Direct Checkout will ship with that address.
HOW LONG: Typically we are able to ship orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. During high volume times it could take 5 – 7 business days from receipt of the order. Please remember that this does not include the time your order will take to get from us to you. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling.
RUSH OPTION: Sometimes a customer needs product quickly. We will do our best to help, please keep in mind that many times it is not possible to ship same day, but we will do our best.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is processed, labeled and shipped. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder for this information if you do not receive it in your email inbox.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: We will place the out of stock item on a backorder for you. When the item is in stock, we will ship the item to you without any cost for shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will contact customers directly to inform which item(s) is currently not in stock. There will be a couple of options: 1. We can hold the order and ship it complete when the item(s) is in stock OR 2. Out of stock item(s) will be cancelled and not backordered.
A FEW MORE THINGS: Please note that insurance is OPTIONAL and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged order when not insured.
